Packrati.us (http://packrati.us/) does this as well and is easy to set up. I’ve used it for a few years and have loved it — back when I was on Delicious, and since migrating to Diigo during the Yahoo threats. I like that the app assigns a specific tag to all links that I’ve Tweeted — allows me to quickly ID which saved links came from my Twitter activity
