TechSmith (creators of Jing, Snagit, & Camtasia) has released a free digital whiteboard app, ScreenChomp, for the iPad.
ScreenChomp allows users to write and draw with their fingers in 12 colors and record their action with audio on the digital whiteboard, which includes the ability to add images to the background.
